  : The view from the hotel to The Valley is spectacular even in foggy weather. Big and comfortable rooms.
  : The road leading to the hotel is not finished. Uber refuses to go there due to long distance from the centre and quality of the road. Wellness area always switched off, so if you want to use sauna, you have to turn it on in advance yourself.

  : Every thing was very good, everything very clean, the room was so beautiful and roomy, the breakfast was good and the view was outstanding!!!
  : The only problem was the parking, there wasnt space for all the cars, so one car stuck another car and when you want to leave they have to find out where the car owner is so he can take out his car and set you free.

  : The car parking situation needs to be sorted out...they just cant fit the guests cars, and it gets really messy.

  : Its overall clean. The view is nice because of the location, but the way the hotel was built does not emphasize that aspect. Most rooms are turned on to the other side, where you only see the road that gives access to the hotel.
  : First of all, the parking lot does not have enough parking spaces for the cars of the guests. Additionally, you need to either park blocking another car or be locked by somebody else. So, the staff has to be calling the guests to move their cars! Thats just unbelievable.We stayed at what the call the presidential suite. Its large, two floors, but its all about unpleasant surprises:- the bed is uncomfortable. The sheets are of very poor quality.- there are two bedroom within the suite, one of them on the lower and the other at the upper floor. The one on the upper floor doesnt have any shades! So, at 5;30 am, the sunlight comes in and you cant sleep anymore. On that same room, the television is placed laterally to the bed, so you simply cannot lay down and watch tv, a complete failure of the architecture project!- there is a sliding door that separates the room and the bathroom, that always gets stuck! We both hurt our hands trying to move it! - the hotel is totally noisy. It appears that the construction was made with the cheaper materials possible. You hear the cars coming by, you hear other guests walking, people parking their cars and so on.- after 23h, you simply cannot order anything but water. And there is nothing supplied to the minibar. We found it empty.- we spent 4.200,00 BRL for two days and it definitely was not worth the price. I could say that even if I had paid half it would still not match the quality x price criteria.So, do not stay there!
